LTCO brings awareness, structure, ethics and performance in human interaction dynamics of the workplace.

The mission of LTCO is to

  • Develop and promote an intervention culture in businesses that aims autonomy and which is based on the philosophy of Transactional Analysis (TA) and the use of its concepts.
  • Train and supervise coaches, managers and work teams with systemic tools such as TA and BOT (Berne's Organizational Theory).
  • Offer training courses leading to the recognized certifications of Transactional Analyst  in Organization (CTA-O) and Teacher and Supervisor in Transactional Analysis (TSTA-O).
  • Provide a curriculum for training and certification to the concept of Emergent Change, its applications and tools.
