Created in the summer of 2018 in Geneva, the institute brings together enthusiastic practitioners wishing to promote Emerging Change, a brief and powerful intervention method that values and extends the theory of organization developed by the Canadian psychiatrist Eric Berne
The institute was built on the achievements of Laugeri Team COnsultants (LTCO) based in Nyon, and on the 25 years of experience of its founder, Madeleine Laugeri in the accompaniment of international teams (Europe, Middle East, Asia) in areas ranging from the food industry to medical care, and in academic training and support for many transactional managers and analysts.
