Training in Organizations

The Emerging Change Practitioner and Organizational Consultant curricula consist of three levels:

  1. Put words on the experience of the work team
  2. Set up the three Contracts
  3. Intervene with a work team

Individual supervisions can also be booked.

Flexible, hands-on training

Organized in eight modules, this curriculum aims at acquiring a brief intervention method that allows to achieve a high collective performance by enhancing the autonomy of the teams. See also our interventions in organization.

Aimed at coaches, consultants, trainers and professionals who support teams, the curriculum teaches Emerging Change, a method validated in SMEs and multinationals, which allows to align strategy and field knowledge for high results, with autonomous teams that support their leaders.

Organization consultant: fostering leader / team dialogue

The method places the human at the heart of the organization and develops the autonomy of the teams and strengthens the leadership of the leaders for a sustainable result. It allows the leader to focus on the strategy and the teams to be heard in their expertise.
